天津市区域经济发展视阈下的高技能人才培养问题刍议

摘　　要：天津作为四大直辖市之一,以其优越的地理位置和以八大支柱产业为主的区域经济发展特色,一直受到外商的青睐,成为环渤海区域经济的中心。但天津市在推进产业结构优化、加快转变经济发展方式的同时,经济发展急需的高技能人才培养在规格、质量、模式与体制创新等方面还存在着诸多问题。本文通过对天津市区域经济发展特点的分析与梳理,探讨区域经济视域下的高技能人才培养的诸多问题。As one of the four municipalities directly under central government, Tianjin has been favored by foreign merchants and has become the center of the regional economy of Ring-Bohai economy circle because of its superior geographical position and unique characteristics of regional economy mainly based on eight pillar industries. While it is promoting industrial structure optimization and speeding up the transformation of the pattern of economic development, Tianjin finds that high-skilled talents＂ training which is needed urgently by economic development has a lot of problems, including specification, quality, model, system innovation and so on. By analyzing and combing the characteristics of Tianjin＇s regional economic development, this article devotes itself to discussing the high-skilled talents＂ training problems under the horizon of regional economy, and then provides theoretical basis for Tianjin regional economy development.
