低纬高原乡村雷电灾害发生规律及特征分析

摘　　要：对2000-2009年云南低纬高原雷电灾害事例的资料进行统计、归纳和分类整理,对数据进行多种统计分析,得出乡村雷电灾害规律、特点和发展趋势;设计了雷击人员伤害频数P和人员伤亡密度L两个指标,对云南各地乡村人员伤亡受灾程度进行综合评价,并研究与雷暴频繁程度和人口密度的相关性;运用雷电危害机理对低纬高原乡村雷电灾害规律和特征进行分析,为乡村防雷提供科学客观的参考依据。Based on the lightning disasters during 2000 ~ 2009 in Yunnan,according to statistics,induction and classification,for data Statistical Analysis,the result shows the law,characteristics and development trend of lightning disasters in rural areas. The index P of life vulnerability frequency and the index L of life vulnerability density were used for comprehensive evaluation of the degree of personal injuries and deaths in different rural areas,correlation with thunderstorms frequently,and population density. Combined with lightning theory analysis on the characteristics and law of lightning disaster will provide some objective references to the development of lightning protection in rural areas.
