跃进与畸变:抗战时期贵州工业的非常态发展

摘　　要：抗战时期,贵州战略地位极大提升,交通环境明显改善,贵州工业发展赢得了难得的战时机遇。重工业从无到有,新式化学工业纷纷出现,传统手工业使用机器生产并且引入先进的管理理念,共同构建了贵州工业发展的繁荣景象。战时贵州工业的发展呈现出非常态发展特征,跃进与畸变共存,主要表现在工业发展内生动力不足,钳入型特征明显;受战争危机刺激影响,呈突进型发展轨迹;工业发展不平衡现象加剧,畸变型特征突出;工业生产引入先进科技,近代化步伐加快。During the period of Anti-Japanese War, the strategic position of Guizhou was raised greatly. The traffic conditions were improved, and the development of industry in Guizhou won a rare wartime opportunity. The heavy industry started from scratch, new chemical industry emerged here and there, the traditional handi- crafts began to be made by machines and advanced concepts for management were introduced. All these had created a prosperous industrial development in Guizhou. During the war time, the development of industry in Guizhou demonstrated an abnormal development features： big leap forward and distorted changes co - existed, which showed themselves mainly as follows-a shortage of raw power in industrial development, with an obvious feature of insertion; a track of sudden development because of the stimulation of the war crisis ; a striking feature of distortion resulting from ever-aggravating imbalanced industrial development; and an accelerating pace of modernization because of the introduction of advanced science and technology for industrial development.
