摘　　要：实践教学是高等院校经管类专业教育的重要组成部分。通过对新西兰部分大学与国内部分大学经管类专业的实践教学进行对比,发现国内外大学开展实践教学的目标一致,但在综合实践能力的培养模式和课程设置与教学方式上存在差异,国外大学的实践模式能更有效地培养学生的应用与创新能力。国内大学可以根据自身情况借鉴国外经验,采取完善课程设置,深化校企合作模式,为学生提供自主创业平台等方法,提高实践教学的效果。Practical teaching is an important part for economics and management majors in universities .Through the compara-tive study of different practical teaching systems between New Zealand and China , the paper concluded that the objectives of practi-cal teaching are same all over the world , but the training system of comprehensive practice ability , course structures and training methods are different , and the practice teaching system in foreign countries is more effective to develop the application ability and creativity of college students .In order to improve the results of practice teaching for economics and management majors , it is nec-essary for us to improve the course structure and strengthen the connection between the universities and the industry , providing a platform for students who are going to be self -employed .
