摘　　要：肿瘤细胞增殖需要大量耗氧，缺氧是许多肿瘤组织的重要特征。缺氧诱导因子（HIF）-1是人肿瘤和哺乳动物在缺氧条件下广泛存在的一种核转录因子，可激活多种与肿瘤生长相关的靶基因，参与调节细胞增殖和凋亡、能量代谢、血管生成、侵袭转移及放疗和化疗耐受等过程。笔者拟就HIF-1的基本生物学特征及其在淋巴瘤的研究进展进行综述。The process of tumor proliferation consumes large amounts of oxygen and hypoxia is an important characteristic of tumors. Hypoxia inducible factor-1 （HIF-1） which widely exists in human beings and other mammals in hypoxia condition is a transcription factor that regulates the processes of cell proliferation, apoptosis, energy metabolism, angiogenesis, invasion, metastasis and chemotherapy and radiation therapy tolerance by activating a series of target genes. In this study, we will review the basic biological characteristics of HIF-1 and its research progress in lymphoma.
