摘　　要：全球大数据产业日趋活跃,技术演进和应用创新加速发展,大数据产业链的雏形已基本形成。阐述了大数据的概念,对大数据产业链进行了详细分析,并从企业用户定位和业务需求出发,探讨了中小型企业和大型企业的大数据发展模式,指出在企业大数据战略实施过程中,应充分借助位于大数据产业链各环节的外部力量——大数据工具、平台和服务的提供商,以加速企业大数据战略进程。Global big data industry is increasingly active. The development of technological evolution and application innovation are accelerated. The prototype of big data industrial chain has been basically formed. This paper expounds the concept of the big data, carries out a detailed analysis on the industrial chain of big data, and starting from enterprise users＇ positioning and business requirements, probes into the big data development model of small, medium and large sized enterprises, and points out that in the process of implementing the enterprise＇s big data strategy, should make full use of the external forces of all sectors of the big data industrial chain, the providers of the big data tools, platforms and services, to accelerate the process of enterprise＇s big data strategy.
