综合性开放式实验模式在分析化学实验教学中的应用探索

摘　　要：分析化学实验课程是分析化学课程的重要组成部分,是药学类院校药物分析、药物化学、药理、生物技术等十几个个专业的基础必修实验课。结合教学实际和人才培养的需求,通过开展综合性开放式课外实验教学,基于单一药物阿司匹林的鉴别、检查、含量测定等系列实验,激励了学生从全局性上积极、主动地掌握基础知识,初步了解药物分析的一般步骤,教学效果明显。Analytical chemistry experiments are an important part of analytical chemistry studying, and are also a compulsory professional experiment course for eleven specialty curriculum in our university including pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology,biotechnology and so on. Based on the demanding of education and development of students, an integrated open educational model which is based on identification, test and quantity of national basic drug Aspirin is proposed and used as an incentive to broadly encourage the students in the learning process. The teaching method proves to have good teaching effect for students.
