面神经麻痹患者面神经电图和瞬目反射检测

摘　　要：目的：探讨面神经麻痹患者神经电图（ENoG）和瞬目反射（BR）在面神经麻痹患者损伤程度、预后评估中的应用价值。方法：54例面神经麻痹患者于发病10d后进行健、患侧面神经ENoG和BR检测。结果：面神经麻痹患者面神经ENoG患侧潜伏期延长、波幅降低，与健侧比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），BR健侧与患侧R1,R2及R2’值的差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：BR早期诊断面瘫优于面神经ENoG检测，而两者结合能更全面地反映面神经损伤程度和预后。Objective： To investigate the value of electroneurography（ENoG） and blink reflex（BR） in evaluating disease severity and its prognosis of patients with facial paralysis. Methods：ENoG and BR were performed in 54 patients with facial paralysis 10 days after onset. Results： There was significant differences between ENoG and BR of the normal side and affected side （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：BR is bet- ter than ENoG in early diagnosis, but combination of treatment,they can better the evaluating disease se- verity and its prognosis for the patients with facial paralysis.
