摘 要:为了比较红色、紫色、黄色3个野生樱桃李品种与栽培品种樱桃李果肉中总黄酮的含量及其抗氧化活性的差异,实验建立了以芦丁为对照品测定樱桃李总黄酮含量的方法,并考察了该方法的精密度、稳定性、重复性和回收率,同时采用FRAP法与DPPH法测定总黄酮的抗氧化能力。分析得到樱桃李各品种的平均总黄酮含量与其抗氧化活性并非正向相关,且通过比较发现栽培品种更有优越性。实验研究为樱桃李栽培品种的开发利用提供相关数据参考。To explore the differences between the content of total flavonoids and the activity of antioxidant in the three varieties of flesh of Prunus cerasifera and its cultivars. The regression equation which used rutin as comparison had been established for the determination of the total flavonoids in Prunus cerasifera. The precision, repeatability, stability and average recovery of the method were investigated. It was also used FRAP method and DPPH method to determinate the antioxidant activity of the total flavonoid. The analysis results showed that the average content of total flavonoid and its antioxidant activity in each varieties of Prunus cerasifera was positively correlation. And the cultivars were better than the other varieties. The experimental results for the exploitation and utilization of the cultivars varieties of Prunus cerasifera provide reference data.
