乌鲁木齐维吾尔族与汉族前列腺癌骨转移患者差异性研究

摘　　要：目的探究乌鲁木齐地区维吾尔族(维族)与汉族前列腺癌患者的骨转移特点。方法分别对75例维族和82例汉族前列腺癌患者采用SPECT进行全身核素骨显像,放射免疫法分析法测定血清骨钙素(BGP)水平,化学发光免疫分析法测血清白介素-6(IL-6)、游离前列腺特异抗原(F-PSA)和血清总前列腺特异抗原(T-PSA)水平及其比值(F/T)。结果骨显像阳性率维族为54.67%(75例),低于汉族76.83%(82例),血清骨钙素和IL-6水平维族均低于汉族,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清F-PSA和T-PSA水平,两民族间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但其比值(F/T)维族明显高于汉族(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐地区维族与汉族前列腺癌患者骨转移不同,汉族患者更容易发生骨转移,且肿瘤代谢指标活跃,累及范围较广,预后差。Objective The study was conducted to assess the characteristics of osseous metastasis in prostate cancer patients among the Uyghur and Han populations in the Urumqi area. Methods 75 Uyghur and 82 Han patients with prostate cancer were subjected to SPECT for bone scintigraphic imaging, radioimmunoassays for determining the level of bone gla protein（BGP）, and chemiluminescence immunoassays for measuring the levels of serum interleukin-6（IL-6）, free prostate specific antigen（F-PSA）,total prostate-specific antigen（T-PSA）, and their ratio（F/T）. Results 54.67% of the Uyghur patients（75 cases） were tested positive in bone imaging, lower than the 76.83% of the Han patients（82 cases）. The Uyghur patients had lower levels of serum osteocalcin and IL-6 than the Han patients, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Difference in the levels of serum F-PSA and T-PSA between the two populations were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; however, the ratio（F/T） among the Uyghur patients was significantly higher than that among the Han patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Osseous metastasis in prostate cancer is different between the Uyghur and Han populations in Urumqi. The Han population is more vulnerable to osseous metastasis, and exhibits more active tumor metabolism indicators, broader affected range, and poor prognosis.
