摘  要:目的对在校本科护生开展患者安全教育课程,并对课程培训效果进行评价。方法将某校护理学院2个班的护生分为干预组和对照组,干预组完成14学时的患者安全培训课程,对照组自行学习相关材料。在培训前后以"患者安全知信行问卷"和"患者安全培训考核试卷"评价其效果。结果干预组患者安全知识得分及总分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(t=-7.156,P<0.01;t=-4.502,P<0.01);干预组患者安全知识得分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.667,P<0.01;t=4.873,P<0.01);干预前后2组护生的患者安全态度和行为得分比较差异无统计学意义(t=-1.262,P>0.05;t=-1.671,P>0.05)。结论患者安全培训课程可以有效提升本科护生的患者安全知识水平及总体认知状况。针对在校护生的短时间培训教育,其态度及行为则并未呈现明显转变。Objective The study aimed to develop a curriculum on patient safety education for undergraduate student nurses and to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum. Methods Student nurses in two classes in a nursing school were divided into an intervention group and a control group. Students in the intervention group were required to complete a 14-hour patient safety training course, and those in the control group were asked to study the relevant materials by themselves. The effectiveness of the training course was evaluated by using the Patients Safety KAP Questionnaire and the Examination Papers for Patients Safety Training Assessment before and after the training. Results Overall and individual scores on patient safety knowledge of the intervention group were higher after than before the intervention; the differences were statistically significant(t=-7.156, P〈0.01;t=-4.502, P〈0.01). The intervention group had higher overall and individual scores on patient safety knowledge than the control group; the differences were statistically significant(t=7.667, P〈0.01; t=4.873, P〈0.01). Difference in score on attitude and behavior towards patient safety before and after the intervention were not statistically significant between the two groups(t=-1.262, P〈0.05;t=-1.671, P〈0.05). Conclusion The patient safety training course can effectively enhance the knowledge level and overall awareness on patient safety of the undergraduate student nurses. However, no significant improvement in attitudes and behaviors was observed among the student nurses after the short training.
