摘　　要：目的:分析葡萄糖转运蛋白1(GLUT-1)和钙黏蛋白E(E-cad)在正常早孕绒毛(NP)和妊娠滋养细胞疾病(GTD)中的表达情况以及两指标表达的相关性,探讨其与GTD恶性程度的关系。方法:采用免疫组化的方法检测在NP、葡萄胎(HM)、妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤(GTN)中GLUT-1和E-cad的表达情况。结果:在NP组、HM组及GTN组中,GLUT-1阳性表达率分别为70.27%、68.75%、96.15%,GLUT-1阳性表达率在NP组和GTN组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.036),在HM组和GTN组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。E-cad的阳性表达率分别为83.78%、31.25%、3.85%,3组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000)。在HM及GTN中两指标均无相关性(r=0.055,P=0.766;r=-0.198,P=0.333)。结论:GLUT-1与E-cad在NP、HM和GTN中均有表达,且其表达量与疾病的恶性程度有关。Objective：To investigate the expression and correlation of GLUT-1and E-cadherin in normal early pregnancy villi and gestational trophoblastic diseases,and to research the relationship of them with clinical and pathological factors of gestational trophoblastic diseases.Methods：Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of GLUT-1and E-cadherin in normal early pregnancy villi（NP group）,hydatidiform mole（HM group）,invasive mole and choriocarcinoma（GTN group）.Results：In normal early pregnancy villi,hydatidiform mole,and gestational trophoblastic tumors,the positive rate of GLUT-1were 70.27%,68.75%,and 96.15%,there was significant difference on the the positive rate of GLUT-1between NP group and GTN group（P=0.036）.and between HM group and GTN group（P=0.012）.The positive rate of E-cadherin were 83.78%,31.25%,and 3.85%,respectively.There was significant difference on the positive rate of E-cadherin among the 3groups（P=0.000）.The expression level between GLUT-1and E-cadherin in hydatidiform mole or in gestational trophoblastic tumors showed no relationship（r=0.055,P=0.766;r=-0.198,P=0.333）.Conclusions：GLUT-1and E-cadherin can express in normal early pregnancy villi,hydatidiform mole,invasive mole and choriocarcinoma.Both of them may correlate with the malignant degree in gestational trophoblastic diseases.
