摘 要:microRNA是生物体内一类长度19~24个核苷酸的非编码小分子单链RNA,通过与目的基因mRNA的3'端非编码区互补配对,引起mRNA直接降解或转录后翻译抑制,影响目的蛋白表达,从而影响细胞凋亡、增殖与分化等生物学行为。miR-373在多种肿瘤中均有异常表达,与肿瘤细胞的侵袭、转移和增殖等生物学行为密切相关,可作为肿瘤早期诊断、治疗靶点或预后监测的指标。本文就miR-373在肿瘤侵袭、转移过程中影响的研究进展作一综述。MicroRNA is a sort of small non-coding single-strand RNAs with lengths of 19 to 24 nucleotides, that affects the expression of the target protein by complementary condition the 3'untranslated regions of mRNA inducing either RNA degradation or translational repression, which influences a wide range of biological processes including apoptosis, proliferation and differentiation of cancer cells. MiR 373 is abnormally expressed in various tumors and is closely correlated with the tumor invasion, migration and proliferation. Therefore, miR 373 can be used as a indicator for the early diagnosis, therapeutic targets and prognosis monitoring of tumor. This paper reviews the research progress of the role of miR-373 in the tumor invasion and metastasis.
