摘 要:为快速实现大摆角摆臂式干涉仪非线性干涉信号的光谱反演,通过分析大摆角摆臂式干涉仪的工作过程和干涉信号的非线性对光谱反演的影响,提出了基于非均匀快速傅里叶变换(NUFFT)的光谱反演方法。该方法先利用核函数和卷积算法让非线性干涉信号线性化,然后对线性化的干涉信号进行快速傅立叶变换实现光谱反演。实验将光程差替换法和NUFFT算法分别应用于非线性干涉信号的光谱反演。结果表明:两者光谱反演精度相近,但NUFFT算法速度更高。To realize spectrum inversion of the nonlinear interference signal in big-angle swing arm interferometer quickly, the principle of a big-angle swing arm interferometer and the influence of the nonlinearity interference signal on the spectrum inversion were analyzed, and then the spectrum inversion based on the non-uniform fast Fourier trans- form algorithm(NUFFT) was proposed. In this method, the nonlinear interference signal is firstly linearized with the kernel and the convolution algorithm, and then the spectrum inversion of the linearized interference signal is realized by NUFFF. The OPD replace method and the NUFFT algorithm are applied to the spectrum inversion of the nonlinear interference signal. Experimental results show that spectrum inversion precisions of both algorithms are similar, but the NUFFT algorithm is faster in operation.
