从美国临床药学的发展引起的思考

摘　　要：介绍了美国临床药学发展的历程和现状,论述了从美国临床药学发展过程应吸取的主要经验,对我国临床药学的发展进行了瞻望。建议改革原有医院药学部门的体制,重视临床药师的专业培养,开展临床药学服务,加强药物信息工作,进行临床药学研究,实施药物利用评估。The article introduces the status quo and history of clinical pharmacy in USA, discusses the main experiences during the process of its development that we should take in, and looks forward the prospect of clinical pharmacy in China. It suggests that we reform the systems of pharmacy in the hospitals, stress information about medicines, develop clinical pharmacy, and put the evaluation of utilization of medicines in practice.
