摘　　要：民间教育评估机构的权力属于社会权力,生成标志是机构的法人身份。民间教育评估机构权力的资源是以知识、技能、品德为主要内容的无形资源。因教育评估活动的专业化特征,专业知识是权力执行的核心资源。在权力执行过程中,通过构建关系、支配对象实现权力目的,并遵循权责一致原则。通过制度认可、政府委托、契约保障、相互制衡等四种途径,保障民间教育评估机构权力在机构运行中发挥积极作用。The power of the non-public mark is the legal person status of institution. education evaluation organizations is a social The resources of the organizations are the in power and generated tangible resources mainly based on knowledge, skills and moral characters. Because of the specialized characteristics of education assessment activities, the professional knowledge is the core resources of the power execution. In the process of the power execution the building of relationships and the control of objects are aimed at implementing power and following the principle of power-responsibility unity. By means of such four ways as the system recognition, the government delegation, the contract guarantee and the mutual checks and balances, the power of the non-public education evaluation organizations can be ensured to play a positive role in the operation.
