摘 要:大爱胸怀是梅贻琦师生关系理念的基石,这种爱是将父子之爱与教育家的庄严之爱融为一体。"从游论"是梅贻琦师生关系理念的核心,教师对学生不仅负有传授知识的责任,更重要的是要肩负学生全面成长的任务,言传身教,为学生在人格修养、人生境界上树立榜样。梅贻琦对他的师生关系理念作出了终身不渝的实践,全方位融入学生生活,随时注意向学生传达立身处世教育和人格教育。回归爱的原点、把学生放在第一位、以平等的态度对待学生以及重视教师的人格修养是他的师生关系理念及实践给予我们的启示。The universal love is the cornerstone of Mei Yi-qi's theory of teacher-student relationship, which is the love integrating father's love with the solemn love of educator. The "Example-Following Theory" is the core of Mei Yi-qi's theory of teacher-student relationship, and teachers not only bear the responsibility of imparting knowledge, but more importantly have responsibility for the all-round development of students, teaching them by words and deeds and setting an example for students in the cultivation of personality and the realm of life. Mei Yi-qi has made the lifelong practice of his teacher-student relationship theory, integrating himself fully into student life and always paying attention to conveying the behaving-oneself and personality education to students. The theory and practice of his teacher-student relationship has given us a lot of inspiration.
