鼻内镜下低温等离子手术治疗鼻中隔良性肿瘤13例

摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子手术治疗鼻中隔良性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年8月～2014年5月我院13例鼻中隔良性肿瘤患者的临床资料，均在鼻内镜下行低温等离子手术。结果术中出血量＜20 ml，手术时间5～30 min，平均15 min。术后均未发生出血、鼻中隔穿孔和鼻中隔脓肿等并发症，伤口均愈合良好，1个月内均达到上皮化。术后随访12～36个月，平均17个月，经鼻内镜检查肿瘤无复发。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子手术治疗鼻中隔良性肿瘤具有视野清晰、出血少、手术时间短、病灶切除彻底、术后粘连少等优点，值得临床选择应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of endoscopic surgery by using the low-temperature plasma radiofrequency for nasal septum benign tumor. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 13 cases of nasal septal benign tumor in our hospital from August 201 1 to May 2014.All the patients underwent endoscopic low-temperature plasma operation,and the postoperative effects were observed. Results The blood loss was 〈 20 ml,and the operation time was 5 -30 minutes （mean,15 min）.No postoperative bleeding,perforation of nasal septum and nasal septal abscess and other complications occurred.The incision healed smoothly with epithelization obtained within one month.The patients were followed up for 12 -36 months （mean,17 months）,without recurrence under endoscopic examinations. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery by using low-temperature plasma for nasal septal tumor has advantages of clear surgical vision,less bleeding,short operation time,thorough excision of the lesion,and less postoperative adhesion,being worthy of clinical application.
