摘　　要：在全球化的信息时代,新的科学技术催生了我们生活中日益重要的新读写能力,阅读、写作及交流的方式正在发生根本性的变化。探讨了信息时代背景下的新读写能力及其对高校教学改革的启示。With the development of globalization of information,new technology has forced new literacy,which be-comes more and more important in our daily life.Reading and writing mode and ways of communication bring in es-sential change.Given this,this paper tries to explore new literacy studies in information times and its implications to college teaching reforms.
