摘　　要：目的 :探讨α 干扰素 (IFN α)对人肺腺癌细胞株A549细胞端粒酶活性和p5 3蛋白质表达的影响。方法 :用两种不同质量浓度IFN α(2 5 μg L ,10 0 μg L)处理人肺腺癌细胞株A549细胞 ,并设空白对照。采用TRAP 银染法检测端粒酶活性 ,用免疫荧光标记法测定p5 3蛋白的表达。结果 :IFN α作用后的A549细胞 ,端粒酶活性明显降低 ,且p5 3蛋白表达明显减少。结论 :IFN α能抑制肺腺癌细胞的端粒酶活性和p5Objective: To investigate the influences of α interferon (IFN α) on the telomerase activity and p53 expression in A 549 alveolar carcinoma cells. Methods: A 549 alveolar carcinoma cells were treated with IFN α(25 μg/L,100 μg/L). p53 expression and the telomerase activity were determined with immunohistochemisty and the non radioactive method (silver staining method)in the course of differentiation in A 549 cells. Results: Both p53 expression and the telomerase activity were significantly decreased in the A 549 cell line treated with IFN α. Conclusion: IFN α could inhibit the telomerase activity and the p53 expression of A 549 cells.
