摘 要:[目的]了解生态沟渠中水稻生长特性及对农田排水中氮的去除效应。[方法]对稻田和生态沟渠各段水稻干物质量、生育特性、氮素吸收及水体总氮动态变化进行比较研究。[结果]研究表明,各段沟渠顺水流方向水体总氮浓度逐渐降低,且均显著低于田面水。沟渠水稻植株体氮浓度较田间水稻高,但生物量较田间显著降低。整段沟渠水稻吸收氮素234.1 g,这部分氮素将随水稻的收割被带离水体,极大地消减了水体的氮浓度,减少了田间径流水入河及最终入湖的氮素。[结论]研究可为生态沟渠的建设和推广提供理论依据。[Objective] In order to understand the growth characteristics of rice in ecological ditch and its effect on the removal of nitrogen in drainage from farmland. [ Method] The dry matter, growth characters and nitrogen uptake of rice and total nitrogen dynamics of water were stud- ied and compared in paddy field and each sections of ecological ditch. [ Result] The results showed that the water total nitrogen concentration de- creased in each ditch along the flow direction, and was significantly lower than that in surface water of paddy field. The nitrogen concentration in rice plant was higher than that in the field, but the biomass was significantly lower, the total nitrogen uptake by rice was 234. 1 g in the whole section, which could reduce the nitrogen concentration in the water, and reduce the nitrogen in the lake. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide theoretical basis for construction and promotion of ecological ditch.
