摘 要:目的:研究复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的护肝、降血脂及抗脂肪肝的作用。方法:以皮下注射四氯化碳诱导大鼠急性肝损伤模型及腹腔注射D-氨基半乳糖致肝损伤模型研究复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的护肝作用;给予高脂饲料诱导高脂血症大鼠模型研究复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的降血脂作用;以乙硫氨酸诱导致脂肪肝大鼠模型研究复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的抗脂肪肝作用。结果:复方熊胆茵陈颗粒可以降低四氯化碳诱导急性肝损伤大鼠模型及D-氨基半乳糖致肝损伤大鼠模型的血清AST、ALT含量。复方熊胆茵陈颗粒可以降低高脂饲料诱导的高脂血症大鼠模型的TG、LDLC含量,可以降低乙硫氨酸诱导的脂质紊乱大鼠模型的TG含量。结论:复方熊胆茵陈颗粒具有护肝、降血脂及抗脂肪肝作用。OBJECTIVE To study hepatoprotective, hypolipidemic and antifatty liver effects of Fufang Xiongdan Yinchen Granules. METHODS Model rats of acute liver injury were made by subcutaneous injection of CC14 and intraperitoneal injection of D-galactosamine to study the protecting effects of Fufang Xiongdan Yinchen Granules on liver. High fat feed was used to induce hyperlipidemia rat model to study hypolipidemic effects of Fufang Xiongdan Yinchen Granules. Moreover, ethionine was used to establish model of acute liver injury to study protective effects of Fufang Xiongdan Yinchen Granules. RESULTS Fufang Xiongdan Yinchen Granules decreased contents of AST and ALT in model rats of acute liver injury made by CC14 or Dgalactosamine, decreased contents of TG and LDLC in hypercholesterolemia rat model, and content of TG in dyslipidemia rat model. CONCLUSION Fufang Xiongdan Yinehen Granules have hepatoprotective, hypolipidemic and fatty liver relieving effects.
