基于应用型人才培养的基础型科研训练体系的建立

摘　　要：针对应用型本科高校各专业的特点和能力培养的主线,以淮南师范学院化学与材料工程学院为例,构建出一套基础型综合化学实验和科学研究训练体系。通过改革,基础性化学实验的教学效果和学生的科研能力明显提高,基础型综合化学实验和科学研究训练体系的建立为后续人才的培养奠定了良好的基础,对培养和提高学生的创新思维、独立动手能力和和团队协作能力起了良好的作用,取得了较好的效果。As an example of Huainan Normal University, a set of system of basic comprehensive chemical experiment and scientific research training was established in view of the professional characteristic and main line of ability cultivation. Students all were succeeded in the basic chemistry experiment and ability of scientific research, and laid a good foundation for subsequent talents. The system of basic comprehensive chemical experiment and scientific research training played a good role of cultivate and improve the students’ innovative thinking, independent ability and team cooperation ability, and obtained good results.
