摘　　要：针对《仪器分析》课程教学所面临的困境,提出了教学改革设想。分析了个性化教学内容的实施对目前培养人才的重要性,并从教学内容的安排、教材的形式、教学受体的类型等方面提出了一些看法。从组织方式、辅导方式及评估方式等方面,探讨了教学实施的关键。本文还对个性化教学实施过程中可能会出现的问题进行了讨论。Vision of the teaching reform was proposed according to the difficulties in the teaching of Instrumental Analysis. The importance of personalized teaching for cultivation of modern talents was analyzed and some views were put forward for the arrangement of teaching content, teaching material, the receptor types of teaching, and so on. The key to teaching was explored from the aspects of organization, guidance and assessment. The problems in the course of personalized teaching were also discussed.
