加强医院制剂风险预防的有效措施

摘　　要：目的提高医院制剂风险防范、控制和管理水平,保证制剂质量与临床用药安全。方法查阅相关文献并结合自身实际工作,分析医院制剂可能存在的用药风险,并有针对性地提出相应的用药风险管理措施。结果实现制剂室的规范化管理,制订完善的管理制度,建立相应的标准操作规程。从制剂生产控制、质量检验、成品签发、人员管理到设备、环境管理等方面,切实做到每项工作都有章可循、有法可依。结论完善监管手段和制度是提高医院制剂质量、加强医院制剂预防风险的有效措施。Objective To improve the control and management level of hospital preparation risk prevention,and to ensure the quality of preparation and clinical medication safety. Methods The related literature was consulted and the practical work of possible hospital preparations drug use risk was analysis, and based on this, some corresponding drug risk management measures was puts for- ward. Results The standardized management of the preparation room was realized, the management system was established and perfect- ed, and the the corresponding standard operating procedures were conducted. Every work from the preparation and production control, quality inspection, and product issued, personnel management to all aspects of equipment and environmental management was in confor- mity with laws and regulations. Conclusion Improving the regulatory means and system is effective measure to improve the quality of hospital preparations and strengthen the risk prevention of hospital preparations.
