运用TOPSIS法和综合指数法综合评价医院医疗工作质量

摘　　要：目的综合评价医院医疗质量,为医院医疗质量考核及绩效评价提供参考。方法运用TOPSIS法和综合指数法,对某医院2004年-2012年的主要医疗工作量指标和质量指标进行综合评价及分析。结果 TOPSIS法及综合指数法结果显示,2004年接近程度Ci值为0.0168,、综合指数I为0.77,排名均为最后,医疗工作质量最差;2012年接近程度Ci值为0.9640,、综合指数I为7.2,排名第一,医疗质量最佳。结论 TOPSIS法与综合指数法均具有灵活简便、对样本资料无特殊要求的优点,两种方法联合使用,可以互相取长补短,更加客观地反映医院医疗工作质量。Objective To provide references to the synthetic evaluation of hospital＇s medical quality. Methods The medical quality of a hospital in Tianjin from 2004 to 2012 was evaluated with the ideal TOPSIS and synthetic index. Results The results of both TOPSIS and synthetic index methods showed that the medical service quality in 2004 was the worst（Ci=0.0168, I=0.77） and that in 2012 was the best（Ci=0.9640, I=7.2）. Conclusions Both TOPSIS and synthetic index methods are flexible, easy to operate, and no special requirements of the sample data.Combined usage of the two methods can reflect more objectively the quality of hospital＇s medical work.
