摘  要:目的 研究环氧合酶 2 (COX 2 )在膀胱移行细胞癌 (Transitionalcellcarcinoma ,TCC)组织中的表达及其意义。方法 采用SP免疫组化技术 ,对 48例尿路上皮TCC石蜡标本切片进行免疫组化染色 ,对阳性表达率与肿瘤分级及侵袭性间的相关性进行统计学分析。结果 COX 2蛋白的阳性表达率与TCC分级及侵袭性呈显著相关 ,在低分级TCC中没有COX 2蛋白的表达 (0 / 18) ,在高分级TCC中COX 2阳性表达率为 44 % (8/ 18)。结论 COX 2在高分级TCC和侵袭性TCC中阳性表达率显著上升 ,表明COX 2可能在TCC的形成中起重要作用 。Objective To study the expression and significance of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX 2) in human transitional cell (TCC) carcinoma of bladder. Methods A total of 48 paraffin embedded tissues of pathologically proven TCC patients were stained by SP immunohistochemical method with specific anti COX 2 antibody. The correlation between the positive expression rates and grades of tumor was analyzed statistically. Results Expression rate of COX 2 protein was significantly correlated to the tumor grades and their invasiveness. COX 2 immunoreactivity was absent in specimens with low grade TCC (0/18). In contrast, expression of COX 2 was detected in 44%(8/18)of specimens with high grade TCC. The stained cells were mainly malignant epithelial cells, and some were macrophages. Conclusion The expression of COX 2 is enhanced in high grade and invasive TCC, suggesting a possible role of COX 2 in the formation of TCC. COX 2 might be regarded as a therapeutic target in human urothelial carcinoma.
