摘 要:2014年教育部发布的《关于进一步减少和规范高考加分项目和分值的意见》引发全社会关注。文章通过对湖北省2市4所高中的314名学生和72名家长的调查发现,学生及家长十分关注新政并且相当认可此次改革,认为新政将在降温"奥赛热"、杜绝加分资格造假、促进高考公平方面发挥积极作用。但关于加分项目的公平性和合理性以及取消的加分项目在自主招生中运行会否导致新的不公平等问题的争议依然存在。据此提出建议,建立与健全社会公示与公众参与制度、区分并明确少数民族考生加分对象、调整和限定保留的加分项目分值、规范和监管自主招生工作、加快推进高考加分政策法制化进程,以最大程度维护高考公平。Examination’s awarded marks project and score policy in 2014. The research based on the survey of314 high school students and 72 parents in Hubei province. Both the students and their parents pay close attention to the new policy and quite approve the reformation. They believe that the new policy will play a positive role in refrigerating the "Houssay Hot", eliminating the sham qualification of awarded marks, and improving equity. But there still exists unfairness of subsequent problems about the fairness and rationality of the project and cancel the points of project operation in the independent recruitment of students will lead to a new controversy. According to the problem, writer suggests that we should establish and improve the system of keeping the public informed and the public participation system, differentiate the minority examine point project, adjust and limit the reserved score of the awarded marks project, make the independent recruitment more standard and supervise it, accelerate the college entrance examination policy legalization process, to safeguard the fairness of college entrance examination best.
