摘  要:互联网+时代的教育,挖掘和理解大数据背后的真实意义显得日趋重要。在人们重新审视信息技术何以未能实现高等教育根本变革之际,学习分析技术成为推动高校教学创新的新抓手。但通过文献研究和调查研究发现,技术局限及教师教学能力障碍,使高校学习分析技术实践举步维艰。面对未来高校逐步兴起以数据驱动的决策文化,本研究认为,开发适用性强、具有可操作性的学习分析工具,加强以教学智慧发展为导向的教师教学能力培训,创设学习分析技术应用的宽松环境,是学习分析技术在高校教学创新实践中得以推行的基本策略。In the internet plus era, it is particularly important for us to mine and comprehend the true meaning behind the data in education. When people reflect on how the information technology can realize the fundamental change of higher education, learning analytics has become a new starting point to promote teaching innovation. However, through the literature and research find that the technology and the teachers'teaching ability barrier bringing big trouble to the learning analysis'practice. Face the future with the gradual rise of data - driven decision making culture in university, the article argues that developing strong applicability of learning analysis tools, strengthening development oriented teaching ability teachers training are the basic strategy in the application of learning analytics in university teaching innovation.
