摘  要:随着网络通信和视频处理技术的快速发展,对多媒体业务的需求及水平要求日益增长。然而在网络传输中由于数据丢包、错误放大所造成视频传输数据流的衰减失真,对视频网络传输质量具有严重影响。提出了一种建立低失真衰减的智能网络视频监控识别系统的方法,采用过滤混杂波、传输带宽优化分配、纠错、视频图象重建的低失真衰减技术达到降低视频数据流失真衰减的目的。实验结果表明,通过建立失真衰减网络模型,利用低失真衰减技术进行有效处理,能够避免由于数据丢包或错误放大造成的智能网络视频监控识别系统的失真衰减,保证智能网络视频监控识别系统的传输品质。With the rapid development of network communication and video processing technology, the demand and the lev-el of requirements for multimedia business growing. However, in the network transmission ofdata packet loss, because the error amplification caused by video data stream transmission attenuation distortion, which has a serious impact on the quality of video network transmission. Therefore, this paper proposes a method to build low distortion of intelligent net-work video monitoringrecognition system attenuation, low distortion attenuation techniqueusing filter hybrid wave, transmis-sion bandwidth allocation optimization,error correction, video image reconstruction to reduce the video dataloss really atten-uation purpose. The experimental results show that, by establishing the distortion attenuation network model, the use of low distortion effectively treated attenuation, can avoid the attenuation distortion data packet loss or error amplification of intel-ligent network video monitoring system caused by recognition, intelligent network video monitoring system to ensure the transmission quality of system identification.
