中美《医学与哲学》杂志关于医师职业精神研究的文献计量比较分析

摘　　要：系统检索中美两本《医学与哲学》杂志刊载的医师职业精神相关文献并加以总结与分析，为后续研究提供参考。系统检索CNKI（1980～2015．2）、PUBMED（1976～2015．2）数据库，将检索结果全部导入Endnote软件按纳入排除标准筛选文献，最终纳入文献34篇，运用文献计量学方法对纳入文献的年代、作者专业背景、机构、关键词进行统计分析，对主要内容进行描述性分析。两本《医学与哲学》杂志在医师职业精神研究上的切入点、运用的方法、研究兴趣上有差异，一定程度上反映出当前两国医师职业精神研究的热点与发展趋向的不同。This paper compared literature on medical professionalism in two Journals of Medicine and Philosophy from China and the US, aiming at providing references for future studies. After retrieving CNKI（1980-2015.2）and PUBMED（1976-2015.2） database and screening literature on the basis of exclusive standards with the help of Endnote, 34 articles were finally included. Then Bibliometrics was introduced to statistically analyze information such as publication year, authors＇ background, authors＇ institutions, keywords and main contents. The findings showed there were differences between the two journals in entry point, methodology and research interests. To some extent, we concluded that two countries have different research focus and tendency in medical professionalism.
