摘  要:结合4190ZLC-2型船用柴油机电控化改造项目,应用AVL_FIRE专业软件,建立柴油机缸内高压循环的仿真模型,通过台架试验获得缸压曲线,验证模型的正确性。利用该模型研究燃烧室型式、结构参数对燃烧过程和排放浓度等的影响。结果表明:缩口燃烧室的排放性能最好;喉口直径较小时,NOx排放浓度低,但是碳烟排放浓度较高;凸台高度增大使得缸内高温区面积减小,缸内最高温度增大,凸台高度越小,NOx排放浓度越高,但碳烟排放浓度较低;随着凹坑半径增大,缸内最高温度和压力逐渐增大,排放浓度也会受到很大影响。The Influence of the combustion chamber parameters on the combustion process and emission concentrations in the 4190ZLC-2 marine diesel engine are studied with an AVL_FIRE in-cylinder high-pressure cycle model, which has been verified through bench testing experiment. The simulation shows that the combustion chamber with reduced throat performs best. The simulation tells the following facts: With smaller throat diameter, NOx emission concentration is lower while the soot concentration is higher; the increase of center-crown height reduces the high temperature area in cylinder but increase the highest temperature in it; the smaller center-crown height, the higher NOx emission concentration and the lower soot concentration ; With increase of bowl bottom radius, the maximum temperature and the pressure in cylinder increases gradually; bowl bottom radius also has great influence on the emission of diesel engine.
