摘  要:为了实现对掘进机在截割过程中截齿磨损的实时在线监测,以可编程序控制器PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)为数据采集与处理核心,分别对掘进机在掘进过程中的电流信号、振动信号和声发射信号进行实时检测,采用模糊信息融合方法实现对各特征信号的模糊化、模糊规则查询以及解模糊处理,得到决策后截齿磨损精确量值。试验结果表明,基于模糊信息融合的截齿磨损监测系统测得的截齿磨损量与实测数据基本吻合,误差范围在8%以内,精确度和可信度较高。In order to realize the real-time online monitoring the road header's cutting tooth wear in the cutting process, by using the PLC as the data acquisition and processing core, road header's cur- rent signal, vibration signal and acoustic emission signal separately for the real-time in the tunneling process were detected, and the exact amount value of cutting tooth wear after decision was got by u- sing the fuzzy information fusion method to realize fuzzy and fuzzy rules the characteristics of the sig- nal and the solution of fuzzy query processing. The test results show that the cutting tooth wear value which was tested by monitoring system based on fuzzy information fusion and that of measured data were well coincide with each other, the error in the range of 8% . there ,, are high precision and relia bility.
