摘　　要：本文主要简述了本人在回流炉设备维修中,为了适应氮气保护焊接高端电子产品生产需要,分析解决氮气保护焊接时减少挥发助焊剂残量对产品焊接的影响,提高产品的品质进行的改进工作：1通过自主研发的氮气净化回收装置,减少回流炉炉膛中挥发的助焊剂残量;2改造回流炉抽风管道和增加送风管道。以上几点的改造为公司加工贴装产品提供了品质保障,为公司成功导入POP贴装产品奠定了基础,也为公司节约了大量资金,取得了较大的经济效益。This paper briefly describes my repairing work of the reflow oven. In order to meet the re- quirement of welding high-end electronic products with nitrogen gas protection, I have an- alyzed the effect of less residuals of volatile solder flux to products welding, and done the following jobs on improving products quality ： 1. reducing the residuals of volatile soldering flux in the reflow oven furnace by self-developed nitrogen purification and recovery device; 2. rebuilding the exhaust pipe and adding a ventilation pipe. The above two transforma- tions may provide quality assurance for our SMT products, and lay a foundation for impor- ting the POP SMT products successfully in our company, which has saved a lot of money and achieved good economic benefits for the company.
