摘 要:通过分析我国铁路客站设计中流线、流程的地位与作用,针对流程在铁路客站流线设计中的基础性作用及传统流线设计方法对流程设计考虑不足的问题,将管理学中的流程再造理论与方法引入客站设计领域,综合运用零基思考、标杆瞄准、流程价值链分析、ECRS?分析法等典型的流程再造方法,提出基于流程再造的高速铁路客站旅客流线设计方法,并将该方法应用于我国新建高速铁路客站旅客流线优化设计,最后对基于流程再造的流线设计方法的效果进行分析。Through analyzing the position and role of the flow line and process in the design of Chinese railway passenger station, targeting with the fundamental role of the process in flow line design of railway passenger station and the problem existing in traditional flow line design method like deficient consideration on process design, the process reengineering theory and method in management were introduced in passenger station design, and some typical process reengineering methods were comprehensively used including zero thinking, bench marking, process value chain analysis and ECRS. This paper puts forward the design method of passenger flow line of HSR passenger station based on Process Reengineering, and applying the method in the optimization design of passenger flow line of new-constructed HSR passenger station in China, in the end, the paper analyzes the effects of the design method of flow line based on process reengineering.
