摘　　要：在高等教育内部矛盾积压与外部环境变化的背景下,我国高等教育发展方式亟待调整。在转变过程中,存在发展目标、发展动力、发展主体、发展理念等四个方面的矛盾,这也要求高等教育发展方式要由外延发展向内涵提升、由单一分散向聚合多元、由被动接受向主动适应、由隐性功能向显性体现的方向转变。建立有效的理念保障机制、质量驱动生成机制、制度保障机制及联动机制是转变高等教育发展方式的有效途径。In the background of accumulated internal contradictions and external environment changes occurring in higher education, China＇ s higher education development needs to be adjusted. In the process of the transformation, contradictions exist in the development goals, the development of power, the development of the subject and the development of ideas, which also requires higher education to enhance the development of the extension, from a single dispersion polymerization to diversity, from passive acceptance to active adaptation, from the implicit function to the explicit function. The idea to establish an effective security mechanism, quality - driven generation mechanism, system security mechanism and linkage mechanism is an effective way to change the mode of development of higher education.
