摘　　要：提高大学生核心竞争力的一个重大突破口就是提升大学生综合胜任素质,培养个性,激发潜能。通过胜任力模型的建立来完善高校人才培养,有的放矢地开发在校大学生综合素质能力,满足日益发展的社会需求。A major breakthrough to improve college students＇ core competitiveness is to enhance the quality college students＇ comprehensive competence, cultivate their personality and characters, inspire their potentials. The establishment of the competency model will possibly help to improve the personnel training in colleges and universities, develop college students＇ comprehensive quality and ability, meet the increasingly bad needs the society.
