摘  要:选取直径为3~4 mm的脱脂核桃粒、PP粒、石英砂为粒状粗粒化材料,探究不同材料对乳化态餐饮废油分离效果的影响。通过对流向、流速、温度、填料高度的控制,得出不同条件下的3种粒状粗粒化材料对乳化态餐饮废油的去除效果。结果表明:采用自下而上流向更加有利于粒状粗粒化材料对乳化态餐饮废油的去除效果;升高温度不利于除油率和CODCr去除率提升,而且呈负相关;提高流速会使除油率和CODCr去除率降低;随着填料高度的增加,除油率和CODCr去除率均呈现出先增加后降低的趋势,在自下而上流向、流速50 L/h、温度40℃、填料床高度20 cm时达到最佳分离效果;粒状粗粒化材料的除油率随着使用时间的延长会逐步降低,采用高速水流反冲洗能够使亲水性粒状粗粒化材料石英砂、脱脂核桃粒恢复良好的除油效果。Using quartz sand, PP grain and defatted walnut grain with diameter in the range of 3 -4 mm as granular coarse - grained materials, the effects of different materials on the separation of emulsified waste cooking oil were researched. Through controlling the flow direction, flow rate, temperature and fill- er height, the removal effects of emulsified waste cooking oil of the three granular coarse - grained materi- als under different conditions were obtained. The results showed that bottom - up flow was more beneficial to the removal effect of emulsified waste cooking oil of granular coarse - grained materials; rising tempera- ture was not conducive for the increases of removal rates of oil and CODcr, and they were negative corre- lated ; improving flow rate could reduce the removal rates of oil and CODcr; with filler height increasing, the removal rates of oil and CODcr first increased then decreased; under the conditions of bottom - up flow, flow rate 50 L/h, temperature 40℃ and filler bed height 20 cm, the best separation effect could be achieved;the removal rate of oil of granular coarse - grained materials gradually reduced with utility time prolonging, while the hydrophilic granular coarse - grained materials, defatted walnut grain and quartz sand, could restore good oil removal effect after back -washing by high speed water.
