多层螺旋CT对胃癌及肿瘤血供的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT对胃癌及肿瘤血供的应用价值。方法选取41例胃癌患者的多层螺旋CT双期增强扫描及血管造影图像、术中所见及术后病理情况进行分析。结果胃癌术前CT诊断中胃壁最大厚度大于术后大体标本(P<0.05),肿块最大切面、溃疡大小均小于术后大体标本(P<0.05);低分化腺癌的上述指标均高于中分化腺癌(P<0.05);术后低分化腺癌的上述指标均高于中分化腺癌(P<0.05)。胃左动脉、胃网膜右动脉、胃右动脉及胃网膜左动脉显示率分别为95.12%、97.56%、95.12%、92.68%。结论螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断及肿瘤血供显示有较高应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of multislice spiral CT for gastric cancer and tumor blood supply. Methods On 41 cases of gastric cancer multislice CT dual-phase enhanced scan and angiography images, intraoperative and postoperative pathological findings were analyzed. Results CT diagnosis of gastric surgery is greater than the maximum thickness of the gastric wall after gross specimen （P〈0.05）, the largest mass section, ulcer size was less than the gross specimen after surgery （P〈0.05）; Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the above indicators were higher than moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma （P〈0.05）; Postoperative poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the above indicators were higher than moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma （P〈0.05）. Left gastric artery, right gastroepiploic artery, right gastric artery and left gastroepiploic artery display rates were 95.12%, 97.56%, 95.12%, 92.68%. Conclusion Spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastric cancer and tumor blood supply showed a higher value.
