河北省食用菌产业发展对策研究

摘　　要：河北省地理位置优越,自然条件独特,具有良好的发展食用菌产业的条件。近年来,河北省食用菌产业的发展取得了显著成果,但与食用菌强省相比还有一定的差距,主要存在政策和资金支持力度不够、产业化水平低、科研投入不足、产品缺乏深加工和生产经营模式落后等问题。深入分析以上问题,借鉴国内外食用菌发达地区的经验,提出如下对策:争取政策扶持;增加科研投入,提升生产技术,提高竞争力;培育龙头企业,推进产业化经营;开发多层次食用菌产品;改善生产经营模式;强化环保功能。Hebei Province possesses good conditions for the development of mushroom industry, due to geographical ad- vantage and unique natural environment. Although edible fungi industry of Hebei Province had made remarkable achieve- ments in recent years, several problems remain. They mainly focus on shortage of funds, the low level of industrialization, insufficient investment on scientific research, the lack of deep processing technology of product and conservative production management model. Combining in-depth analysis of the above issues with domestic and international experience, several proposals for edible fungi development of Hebei Province in the further were mentioned. These countermeasures contain the support for policy, the increase in research investment, upgrading of production technology, enhancement of competi- tiveness; cultivating leading enterprises, promoting the industrial management, the development of multi-layered mush- room products, improvement of production management mode, and strengthening environmental protection.
