我国跳远新秀李金哲完整技术的时空特征分析

摘　　要：运用信息技术等方法,以2013年国际田联钻石联赛男子跳远冠军李金哲为研究重点,与门科夫、卢瑟福德的有关技术参数进行对比分析,探讨他们之间的助跑、起跳、腾空等关键性技术方面存在的差异。结果显示:1)李金哲从2005年到2013年期间成绩呈逐年增长趋势,提升空间大;2)李金哲助跑节奏稳定、频率快,踏板准确性高,步幅频数稳定,水平速度发挥充分;3)起跳阶段适当增大着板角,控制起跳腿膝角,可优化起跳蹬伸效果,提高腾空高度和发挥落地技术。With the application of information technology and other methods,taking 2013 IAAF Diamond League men＇s long jump champion Li Jinzhe as the research focus,we compared and analyzed Aleksandr Menkov ＇s and Greg Rutherford ＇s technical parameters to explore the differences in their run- up,takeoff,flight and other key technology. Results： 1） Li ＇s performance has been improved year by year from 2005 to 2013 and there is still large space to enhance; 2） Li ＇s horizontal velocity plays full with steady run- up rhythm,fast frequency,high accuracy pedal and stable stride frequency; 3） In the take- off stage,to increase the plate angle and control jump knee joint angle can optimize the effect of jump kicking,improve vacated height and play land technology.
