长春西汀联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性脑卒中患者的效果及对血小板活化的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨长春西汀联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性脑卒中的疗效及对血小板活化的影响.方法 选取2013年12月至2014年12月我院收治的100例进展性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,各50例,对照组采用奥扎格雷钠治疗,研究组采用长春西汀联合奥扎格雷钠治疗,综合比较两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后血小板活化情况及不良反应情况.结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.0％,高于对照组的80.0％ （P＜0.05）;治疗后研究组血小板计数（PLT）、血小板散布宽度（PDW）及血小板平均体积（MPV）均低于对照组（P＜0.05）;两组患者均耐受性好,无严重不良反应.结论 长春西汀联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性脑卒中效果确切,安全可行,可有效抗血小板凝集,防止血栓形成,值得临床推广使用.Objective To investigate effect of Vinpocetine combined with Sodium Ozagrel on patients with progressive stroke and its influence on platelet activation.Methods 100 cases of progressive stroke in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into research group and control group, 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Sodium Ozagrel, while research group was treated with Vinpocetine combined with Sodium Ozagrel.Compared the total effective rate and platelet activation before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of research group was 96.0%, which was higher than 80.0% of control group （P〈0.05）.After treatment, platelet count （PLT）, platelet distribution width （PDW） and mean platelet volume （MPV） of research group were lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）.There were no serious adverse reactions in both two groups.Conclusion Vinpocetine combined with Sodium Ozagrel for patients with progressive stroke is effective and safe, which has effective anti-platelet aggregation and prevents thrombosis, worthy of clinical widely application.
