敏筛过敏原检测在儿科过敏性哮喘中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨敏筛过敏原检测系统在儿科过敏性哮喘中的临床应用价值。方法应用德国Mediwiss Analytic Gmb H公司提供的敏筛过敏原检测系统,采用免疫印迹法对512例儿科过敏性哮喘患儿的过敏原进行体外检测。结果512例患儿的血清检测结果显示,T-Ig E阳性393例,比例为76.8%,而特异性Ig E阳性253例,比例为49.4%;其中,吸入性过敏原阳性高于食入性过敏原阳性。结论敏筛过敏原检测系统可有效测定过敏原,让患儿避免对过敏原的接触,提高生活质量;同时该系统应用于儿科临床,可对过敏性哮喘的诊断及治疗提供依据。Objective To study the clinical significance of AllergyScreen allergens detection system in children with allergic asthma. Methods The detection system was offered by the mediwiss Analytic GmbH company in Germany. 512 cases of children with allergic asthma was detected with Western blotting of sera for allergens. Results 393 cases showed- positive IgE（76.8%）, and 253 （49.4%） cases presented positive SIgE. Among them, the positive rate of the inhalant al- lergens was much higher than that of the ingesting allergens. Conclusion AllergyScreen allergens detection system is use- ful for effective detection of allergens in children, which avoids direct contact of the subjects with allergens provides a basis for the diagnosis ,treatment and prevention of pediatric allergic asthma.
