摘　　要：近年来,英语专业毕业生的就业情况不容乐观,英语专业女性研究生的就业情况更是严峻。文章重点以女性研究生为研究对象,从客观环境和主观原因两个方面深入剖析了造成英语专业女性研究生就业困境的原因,并依据分析结果从政府层面、高校层面和学生层面有针对性地提出了对策建议。In recent years,the employment situation of the english major students is not good,the situation of the female graduate students of english major is more serious. This paper takes the female graduate students of english major as the research object,deeply analyzes the reasons of the difficulties of the female graduates＇ employment from both objective environment and subjective aspect,according to the analysis,give the targeted countermeasures from the aspects of government,colleges and students.
