美国切诺基文化传播对淮河流域弱势文化外宣的启示

摘　　要：切诺基文化是美国印第安族裔文化,在美国属于弱势文化。美国东北州立大学是切诺基语言文化传播的重要阵地,在切诺基文化传播方面做出了大量卓有成效的工作。淮河流域文化也属于弱势文化,其在本地区的传播与发展也面临着严峻的挑战。沿淮高校在保护、传播淮河流域文化方面有义不容辞的责任。东北州立大学在弘扬切诺基弱势文化中的经验做法值得借鉴,对相关高校保护、传播淮河流域文化具有积极的启示意义。As a sect of aboriginal Indian culture, Cherokee culture has been staying at an inferior position for a long History. Northeastern State University has been an important player in the protection and inheritance of Cherokee culture. The culture in the Huai River Valley is also weak, and its preservation is facing severe challenges. Universities along the Huai River are also expected to shoulder their due responsibilities of preserving and publicizing the Huai River culture. The practice and experience of Northeastern State University on cultural communication will be of great inspiration for universities concerned to the preservation and publicity of weak culture in the Huai River Valley.
