摘　　要：使B细胞从单纯产生免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)转化成能产生免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)的抗体类别转换是过敏疾病的重要机制。文章先从细胞机制、分子机制、基因机制三方面对Ig E抗体类别转换的前期研究进行总结;再通过体质学说"生命过程论""禀赋遗传论""环境制约论"等基本原理与Ig E抗体类别转换机制进行对照,寻求二者之间的内在关联,为今后从Ig E抗体类别转换的角度研究过敏体质作理论上的铺垫。Antibody class switching of translating B cell into IgE antibody from producing IgM simply was the critical mechanism of allergic diseases.This paper summarized the preliminary researches of IgE Antibody class switching from the aspects as cellular mechanism,molecular mechanism and gene mechanism.It also compared the class switch mechanism of IgE antibodies with the fundamental principles of constitution theories as＇ theory of the process of life＇,＇theory of natural endowment and heredity＇,＇theory of environmental constraint＇,and so on,in order to seek the intrinsic connection between them,and laid a theoretical foundation for studying the allerqic construction from the perspective of lgE antibody class switching.
