高校突发事件应急管理制度的研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着人类社会的发展,网络普及化,各种自然灾害以及人为造成的突发事件发生频率日渐增高,高校安全突发事件时有发生,且呈现增长趋势。本文就高校突发事件的发生特点和原因加以研究,对当前高校应急管理体系中存在的问题进行分析,提出重点培养学生的危机意识,健全应急处理机制,完善信息化为核心报送机制。In recent years,security emergencies in colleges have been showing an increasing trend when all kinds of natural disasters and man-made emergencies occur more and more frequently as the development of human society and the popularity of the network.This article is to study the characteristics and causes of emergencies in colleges,to analyze the problems in emergency management system in colleges. This article also proposes the cultivation of consciousness of crisis for students and response mechanism of emergency and improvement of the mechanism of transference which takes information as the core.
