摘  要:以"翻转课堂"教学模式为思路,结合高校体育教学专业特点,构建高校体育教学"翻转课堂"模式。高校体育教学翻转课堂模式在形成协作融合的学习环境,拉进师生关系的同时,弥补了体育教学中课堂练习时间不足、示范动作难以细化分解等问题;培养了学生自主合作的学习能力及创新能力;实践证明:实验班与对照班在理论知识、技术评定、达标考试及综合评定方面具有显著性差异(P<0.01),翻转课堂能够有效提高体育教学质量和效果。To "Inverted classroom" teaching mode for the ideas, combined with professional features teaching college sports, college physical education "Inverted classroom" model. College physical education Inverted classroom model in the formation of collaborative learning environment integration, pull into the teacher-student relationship at the same time, to make up for the lack of physical education teaching classroom practice time, demonstrate the operation is difficult to refine the decomposition and other problems; cultivate students' independent learning and cooperation innovation; proved: experimental classes and control classes with significant differences(P 0.01)in the theory of knowledge, technology assessment, compliance examinations and comprehensive assessment aspect, Inverted classroom teaching can improve the quality and effectiveness of sports.
