摘  要:以楔横轧理论为基础,结合工业生产中的实际情况,应用Deform-3D有限元分析软件对T91轴类件的楔横轧成形过程进行数值模拟。通过对轧制过程中金属流动进行分析,阐述了楔入、展宽和精整3个阶段应变、温度和速度的变化规律,并在H500轧机上进行了实验,验证了模拟轧制的正确性。模拟和实验结果表明,楔横轧T91是可行的;轧后零件横截面上等效应变由外表面向心部先减小后增大,温度由外表面向心部逐渐增高,轧制过程中所能达到最低温度约880℃,最高约1185℃;纵截面上应变和温度均由轧件中间对称面向料头部分逐渐减小,轧制过程中所能达到的最低温度约1090℃,最高约1185℃。The cross wedge rolling process of T91 shaft parts was simulated by finite element analysis software Deform-3D based on the cross wedge rolling theory and combined with the industrial practice. The change regularities of strain,temperature and speed in wedging,broadening and finishing stages were expounded by analyzing the metal flow in the rolling process. Further,the experiments on the H500 rolling mill were carried out,and the correctness of the rolling simulation was verified. Simulation and experimental results indicate that cross wedge rolling of T91 is completely feasible. However,the effective strain on the cross section from outer surface to core decreases first and then increases,while the temperature rises gradually. Therefore,the lowest temperature is about 880 ℃,and the highest temperature reaches about 1185 ℃ during the rolling process. Furthermore,both the strain and the temperature on longitudinal section decreases from intermediate symmetrical plane of rolled piece to stub bar,and the lowest temperature is about 1090 ℃,and the highest temperature reaches about 1185 ℃ during the rolling process.
