摘  要:通过微发泡技术制备了聚丙烯(PP)注塑产品,用气质联用(GC-MS)及高效液相色谱(HPLC)对产品中挥发性有机物(VOC)进行分析,考察了微发泡技术引起的工艺变化对PP注塑产品中VOC含量的影响。结果表明:在一定注射温度范围内,加工温度对PP注塑产品VOC含量影响无明显规律;但是背压升高使VOC含量全面升高;减重并未使VOC含量全面降低,微发泡技术一定程度上使VOC中苯类物质含量升高,醛类物质含量降低。Polypropylene(PP)injection molding products were prepared by microcellular technology.The volatile organic compounds (VOC)of the PP microcellular products were measured with GC-MS and HPLC,and the effects of process variations caused by microcel-lular technology on the VOC contents of PP injection molding products were investigated. The results show that the influence of the process temperature on the VOC contents of the products shows no obvious trend in a certain range of injection temperature.But the back pressure increasing leads to higher VOC contents.Although microcellular technology can reduce weight of the products, it can′t decrease the contents of VOC. Among the VOC of the microcellular products,the content of benzenes increases while the content of aldehyde decreases.
